RSS77 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and RSS77 ("rss77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports-betting platform accessible at rss77.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or making use of any service offered through the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of rss77, including users located in Pakistan and other jurisdictions. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as legal advice. Users in Pakistan are advised to seek independent legal counsel regarding the applicability of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable legislation to their use of this Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by you upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds, bonus funds and any other credited amounts held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, matched deposit or other incentive offered by rss77 under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals or certain account functions are enabled.
• "Platform" means the rss77 website, any associated mobile applications and all related gaming and betting services operated under the rss77 brand.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Void Bet" means a bet or wager that has been cancelled and refunded in full, typically due to event cancellation or data-feed error.

To register an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, nor are you prohibited from gambling or gaming activities under any law applicable to you personally.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or on behalf of any third party.

5. You have not previously had an account on the Platform suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms or any applicable policy.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You may register only one (1) account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual or household are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. rss77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information supplied by you.

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point at its sole discretion, rss77 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., national identity card, passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds.
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify rss77 of a suspected compromise. Notify support immediately via the platform's Live Chat or Help Center.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following general conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional or systematic benefit.
• You will not use any automated systems, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly approved by rss77.
• You will not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, random-number generator or security mechanism employed by the Platform.
• You will not engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades or impairs the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• You acknowledge that all gambling and gaming activities involve financial risk. You accept full personal responsibility for any losses incurred.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism or engage in any activity prohibited under applicable anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing legislation.

rss77 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to restrict access to any game, market, promotion or service feature without prior notice and without liability to you.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action:

• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus structures, welcome offers, reload bonuses or any promotional mechanism in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, including but not limited to "arbitrage betting" using bonus funds, systematic low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or betting market.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Making fraudulent deposits, initiating unauthorised chargebacks or disputes through payment providers, or using stolen, cloned or third-party payment instruments.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or registering on behalf of an ineligible individual.
• System Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting technical errors, software bugs, odds-feed delays or pricing anomalies for profit.
• Restricted Jurisdiction Access: Accessing the Platform using VPNs, proxies or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions.

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. rss77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the deposit instrument must match the verified name on your rss77 account.

Payment provider names referenced contextually on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are included as familiar references for Pakistani users. These references do not constitute an endorsement of, affiliation with or guarantee of support by those providers for gambling-related transactions. Users must verify the current accepted payment methods directly with rss77 before initiating any transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Successful completion of KYC verification to the required level.
• Satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds in your balance.
• Internal AML review processes, which may extend processing times at rss77's sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds applicable to the selected payment method.

rss77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

All bonuses and promotions offered by rss77 are subject to specific promotional terms that form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to the promotion in question.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be rolled over the stated number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×, 40×) is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin or event is set by the operator. Placing bets above this limit during a bonus cycle may result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%; table games, live casino products and sports bets contribute at rates specified in the promotion's terms, which may be significantly lower.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period — commonly between 7 and 30 days from issue — after which unmet wagering requirements result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap. Amounts above this cap are not withdrawable.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Deposit bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit. Deposits below the stated threshold will not trigger the bonus.

rss77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses already accepted and in active use will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of acceptance unless a material legal or regulatory obligation requires amendment.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to rss77's applicable game and sportsbook rules, which are published within each relevant game, market or sporting event interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.

Key conditions applicable to all betting and gaming activity include:

• Bets accepted by the Platform are binding once confirmed. rss77 does not accept responsibility for user errors including incorrect selections, wrong stake amounts or unintended bet placements.
• rss77 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of data-feed error, manifest odds pricing error, or technical malfunction that materially affected the odds or game outcome.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at the operator's discretion, particularly in response to breaking match events, loss of data feed integrity or compliance requirements.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on final results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). rss77 does not recognise unofficial or disputed results.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). By playing, you accept that outcomes are determined by chance and that past results have no bearing on future results.

rss77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing users with the tools to manage their gaming behaviour. Gambling should be treated as entertainment. It is not a reliable method of generating income, recovering debts or managing financial hardship.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in your account settings to control total funds deposited over a given period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum permissible loss over a defined period, after which further deposits in that period are restricted.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders or time-out periods to manage the duration of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from rss77.
• Use any data-mining, robots or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or server.
• Use rss77's trademarks, trade names, logos or service marks in connection with any third-party product or service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rss77, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

This limitation applies to losses arising from, including but not limited to:

• Any interruption, suspension, delay or discontinuation of the Platform or any service feature.
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any Platform content, odds or game data.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any failure, malfunction or unavailability of payment processing systems.
• Your reliance on any information or advice provided on the Platform, including betting tips, promotional copy or educational content.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rss77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

rss77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in or suspected engagement in prohibited activities as described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Receipt of a chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory, compliance or legal obligations requiring rss77 to restrict service.

Upon termination, all bonus balances are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances — net of any sums subject to ongoing dispute, chargeback proceedings or forfeiture — will be returned to you via your verified payment method after any applicable administrative review period.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed as a priority.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rss77 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence. For users in Pakistan, rss77 does not waive, and expressly acknowledges, any applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction, without prejudice to the general restriction on online gambling under Pakistani law.

rss77 reserves the right to amend, revise or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rss77 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address on file or a prominent in-platform notification, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
